Boys Coaches

Coach Bosley comes to us via Hilton Head Elite in South Carolina. He has coached at all levels and leads our 2027 team along with coaching our goalies.

Coach Gaffney is a captain and SSDM for the Virginia Tech Hokies. He has been a first team all-conference and second team all-america SSDM. He is a junior.

Coach Jenkins is a junior from Richmond, VA. In his first year with the Hokies Jenkins burst onto the scene with his tenacious ride and incredible finishing. Jenkins coaches our high school group.

Matt Walker is a senior at Liberty University. He was a 1st team all-conference and all-america selection in 2023. He has been coaching with 460 since 2022 and is the assistant coach on the 2027 team.

Coach Stein comes to 460 Lacrosse via basketball and PE. He has a background in children education and is leading our 2033/2034 group.

Coach Addison attended Guilford college where he excelled as a defensemen. He has been coaching youth lacrosse for the past 10 years and most recently ran Lynchburg Select. He is leading our 2030 team.

Nathaniel comes to us from Northern Virginia where he was connected with the VLC club. He will be coaching our 2029 team.

Coach Pounder played lacrosse at Jacksonville University for two years before transferring to Virginia Tech. Last year he starred as a SSDM but will make the natural progression back to long pole this year. Matt leads our 2031 team with Coach Gaffney.

Keaton is from Minneapolis, MN where he was a standout for Lakeville North HS. He has been a first team all-conference player each year he has been at Liberty.

Zach is a freshman at Virginia Tech and a decorated standout from North Cross high school in Roanoke, VA. He is assistant coach with Coach Stein on the 2033/2034 team.

Landon was a standout at Salem HS where he was one of the leading scorers in his senior season. He is currently attending Hood College.

Ian was an offensive juggernaut for the Raiders of North Cross leading them to back to back to back state titles. He is now playing at High Point University.

Will was the Defensive player of the year in 2023 and the rock behind the stingy Raider defense in their run to another VISAA title in 2023. Hoff is now playing at Dickinson.

Christian is a long stick midfielder in his second season with the Hokies. He has continued to excel on the field and will be working with our 2028 squad this year.

Josh comes to 460 Lacrosse after helping out with Davis & Elkins, Salem, and other various stops along the way. A local standout Davis will be a great asset to our program.
