Panchito Ojeda, Founder & President
Panchito Ojeda grew up in Northern Virginia and played lacrosse at Bishop Ireton High School before heading to Marquette University.
He has coached at Marquette University, Sonoma State University, and is currently the Head Coach at Virginia Tech University.

Hilary Harrison, Girls Director
Hilary is in her second year of coaching lacrosse, but she has coached youth sports for over a decade in both Northern Virginia and Harrisonburg. Hilary is a Tech Alum who recently relocated back to the area with her family. She has two daughters, ages 11 and 8.
Born and raised in Fairfax, Virginia, Hilary attended Paul VI High School where she lettered all four years in basketball and ran cross country.
Jason Preas, Boys Youth Coordinator
Jason is a long time coach in his hometown of Salem, where is has coached football, lacrosse, and basketball for several seasons. He brings passion, organizational skills, attention to detail, and a love for youth sports to 460 Lacrosse. He currently lives in Salem with his wife Cari, and children Sydney and Tucker.
